If they are going to come to RAH it will be in the very near future. Right now our current contract says that furloughed guys can only defer recall until they are the most junior furlough remaining. I expect recalls to start almost immediately upon IMSL being in place. They'll still be middle to bottom of the FO list. The Lynx guys who did come over seem to think most have moved on to something else already.
The recalls we received a couple months back (to the Q400) said most junior remaining and if you bypassed, you would not be recalled again. I don't see how they can do that without the the MSL being implemented, but they did. I was lucky and found a local job flight instructing right about the same time the recalls came out so I bypassed anyway. From talking to people, the difference in QOL now just wasn't worth it to me.
