The recalls we received a couple months back (to the Q400) said most junior remaining and if you bypassed, you would not be recalled again. I don't see how they can do that without the the MSL being implemented, but they did. I was lucky and found a local job flight instructing right about the same time the recalls came out so I bypassed anyway. From talking to people, the difference in QOL now just wasn't worth it to me. my educated guess is that for was lynx only, and that once the list is implemented and if your name was on it you'll get one more chance. QOL sucks at a regional pretty much wherever you go, but it even worse with an outdated contract and being in section 6. I do think things will greatly improve when the contract gets done.
