All of my captains are absolutely pi$$ed about the SWA welcome package and where they sit in comparison. I mean they are incensed.

They are tired of working so hard to try to make up for what they have lost. When I say tired, I mean sick and tired and exhausted.
I keep telling my Reps that as well. I keep harping on the fact that, in reality no one really is grasping how sick and tired our pilots are about the way things are going. There is a basic lack of trust of all parties involved. One misstep, and this powder keg will go up.
