I think DALPA is trying to remember how grievances are filed. It's something they don't do very often.

It was filed, and until there is a agreement there will be no further information available. It is a negotiation in process, and DALPA better know that they have to get this one right. Like I previously stated, a misstep will blow the powder keg.
