Um. With the PWA already settled, none of your business what I fly or where I chose to be based.
I have my complaints about ALPA and on scope but I've also seen enough to know ALPA won't give up a headcount.
People demand to have the right to trip park, or fly over their vacations or increase the min reserve from 70 to 78 or what have you, all of which would decrease the number of required pilots imho.
DALPA seems to put their foot down on that stuff and that should be applauded... and that better never change.

My other complaints however will continue until DALPA leaves ALPA, I can elect my MEC Chairman, we set out on a course for SWA pay and scope plus, and some other stuff.
I agree 100% but the problem is DPA is not ready to deliver. Timing is just too tight. I feel everyone at DPA is honest and committed to getting it done, but Management will only use DPA to divide our group. Think of the power management will have when we threaten to strike and they know we have no strike fund? These and a few more critical mass issues are important when less than a year from openers..
My DPA card is in because the threat to ALPA to act is the best we can do until 1/1/2013...
