It would seem to be the exact same case as psa/pdt are under the umbrella of a holding corp "us airways group", and they are looking for work for some of their 70 seat RJs.
According to ALPA's lawyers they can fly for DAL as long as they are on a separate certificate from USAir. Ownership and control doesn't matter.
