Considering Eagle had 10 year upgrades in Jan 2006 and my DOH would have had me upgrading at AWAC just this spring...I'd say upgrade time is coming along quite nicely there.
Most jr with a captain award is a 10/06 DOH. We have another bid that is about to close which should reach into early 07 DOHs. It is crazy how quick things can turn and you can never plan for upgrades.
