First year pay at Avantair is low yes, and if you choose the 8/6 starting pay is 40K. Yr 2 is 48K and by year 3 you are mid 50's. By that time you should be upgrading and go straight to that year Capt pay 80+k. I think by year 5 or 6 it is 6 figures. I saw this new payscale when I interviewed.
