Actually there are huge differences in reserve contracts. What PSA has today is what Comair got rid of 10 years ago. If and that's a big If, PSA gets a new contract it won't be for 2 years? Maybe more. So people hired today will be working under a 13 year old contract that was outdated when it was last signed. XpressJet's contract would be like winning the lottery for Pilots at PSA. Even Air Wiskey's. Mesa even gets paid for HOT reserve. PSA does not. If you think that you will get lucky and not sit on reserve you may be right. Or you could be one of those that get it for 2 plus years. You can pick an airline of your choice right now. Be picky.
