Good for you! That's what we need more of. We pilots are so conditioned to "Get the mission done" no matter the consequence that we continue to fly these ridiculous schedules and try to ignore the fact that we are tired to the point of making the operation unsafe.
We need to learn to say enough is enough. We have been covering our respective companies ridiculous staffing decisions with that attitude for the past decade. I'm not going to pile an airplane into a hill just because this outfit wants to save every last dollar for executive bonuses.
