LOL! I can't believe FTSI/CAPT have the balls to charge $100k for their crap training program. Let me just put it in simple terms. You'll get a lot more for less than half that price tag ELSEWHERE!

I'll further point out that for $100K, you get the LEAST amount of loggable time out of all that's listed in that web site. To put it in perspective, if for whatever reason FTSI/CAPT is unable to place you, you STILL walk out of there with 225 hours of loggable time! And that basically means, you'll shell out more money to pay for your CFI so that you have a fighting chance and barely a leg to stand on. Airlines care about one thing: flight hours. Why take such a HIGH financial risk with FTSI/CAPT when you can get more flight time, more certifications, and a substantially lower risk with another program?

I'm glad this thread got started. It really gives you a nice overview of the raping FTSI/CAPT offers, and what better alternatives a prospective student has elsewhere. Remember, airlines don't care that you trained in pretty airplanes and have a useless DC-9 type rating. They only care about the flight hours.
