I don't know if this is widely used or not, but there is an easy way to find things on this (or any other) thread without having to read every page. At the top right of the thread page there is a button labeled "Search this thread". If, say, you are looking for interview information click that button, type in "interview" and you'll be presented with a list of every entry on the entire thread that has to do with that keyword.
