So you are landing at (insert major apt) and u had the rvr to start the approach. But between the faf and DA the rvr goes below what u need to START the approach. You hit your DH/DA, see the approach lights or runway in sight, are you really going to go missed if you have the rwy in sight? Seems you are nit understanding RVR is only controlling on when you can start the approach not actual landing at DA/DH.
