Flying the 90 out west, those types of numbers were the norm - it's almost always flaps 5 out of SLC, LAS, etc. Did a flaps 4 out of RNO on a hot day once. Don't remember what the Vr was, but it was big adjust that IAS to TAS and we were really moving down that pavement.
