Well we have/had 16 go to airways. So hiring is to cover that and the few that also left for other stuff. They are hiring more than needed cause of the poor pass rate. Summertime is always tough to staff cause the flying increases but we are staffed for the quieter months. Management hopes people will pick up open time and take JM's.
