Can someone tell me to whom to call in ALPA (a number) to report when your days are rolled, which is basically every day till you are illegal, which seems to be never here??? Also, how on earth is it legal to give you double duty days. And this 24 hour layover exemption in an international destination is ridiculous. Example..... Flew the xxx-xxx-xxx, redeyes both ways. Scheduled for 3 days with 2 movable days off following. Finish the trip at 0530 in xxx. Land to find my days have been rolled and double duty with no sleep that night. I now have 9 hours of rest to report back in the afternoon to fly Xxx-xxx-xxx finishing 3 am. 13 hours of flight time in 24 hours. Ended my sixth day with yet another modification on my pairing. It of course was rolled as well. On one of my deadheads from xxx to xxx, the Pilot calls in fatigued so I now get pulled from my seat in first class to fly it. I told crew coordination that I definitely knew the feeling! 5 hours later end up in Xxx due to ground stops, thunderstorms, medical emergencies, and system failures on the flight. Finally, I get released in Xxx on day 6 because of 30 in 7 (And believe me they tried everything possible to find me another trip. Oh, and to start day 1 get to fly the redeye to Xxx. And this is just typical of every time I start a stretch of days of work......So, now I'm at home, finally, for my 2 days off with an awful headcold because I'm worn ragged! On my way to the doctor to get my doctor's note ......
