I am confused by this dog-tail business. No one can be dog and it appears the tail is the only part left. Is this the best analogy on Union business your intellect can provide? Is this the fruit of your vast experience as a Union volunteer? or is it just another one of your self serving undertakings? You are the blind leading the blind, my friend.
