Here is some more advice, and I do not mean to come across as harsh. Do not apply if you don't meet the posted minimums. I can't tell you how many people I know who are in charge of hiring that hate it when people apply that aren't even remotely close to their posted minimums. If you apply and don't meet the minimums, you will not get hired, but you do make it more difficult for the people that are actually qualified to fill the position. It's hard to sort through a thousand resumes if 850 of them are from people that are under qualified.

Obviously, If one has 350TT don't be applying at FedEx, SWA. But, with that said, by all means, apply at all those regionals with 500, 600 800, etc, mins.
