So my question is: Is it worth the time and effort getting current and instrument proficient? I don't want to waste my time or Piedmont's if I'm going to be an instant rejection. If it's going to be a situation where my explanations are the deciding factor, I'd like to give it a try. I'm very happy in my current job, but have always had the dream of being a pilot and want to at least give it a shot if it's still a possibility for me.
Hello there, do you mind if I ask you when is your interview? I am in the same situation as you are with currency time but my TT is well over 1000. I am looking to apply to PDT but have not done so b/c I don't want to waste my time.
