I sent in my resignation this morning to Salisbury, and will be joining a new jet regional toward then end of this month. I am seeing that there is no future for a newer hire here, and might never upgrade or even hold a line at my current base. I am going to miss the crews. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE has been great and really helped a new hire feel acclimated, and welcome. I am going to miss flying the Dash - defiantly, a pilots airplane, and the most capable aircraft I have ever flown, and probably will fly. I am sure I will see many of you around, and I wish you all the best!
