They arent as concerned with the tickets themselves as long as they dont show a pattern of bad decision making. They are more concerned with honesty and full disclosure on your part.
Flywife - for your husband to get MIA, right now the ERJ is probably the best bet from what I have seen as far as newer guys getting base transfers. Its not too hard to transfer bases, but it may take him a few months for MIA. If nothing else have him take Dallas and put in a base transfer request at the first opportunity. Many new guys are getting their transfers completed before finishing training.
Ok I see, so the other guy who said to bid ATR for QOL meant that right now, there aren't any openings for ERJ/MIA, so if you really want MiA for QOL, you need to bid ATR. However, if you are bent on the ERJ, you would want to bid a different base and then put in for a transfer.
