Chomorros don't hate "Americans". The highest percentage of military participation per capita is right here on Guam and most would take a very dim view of any foolish enough to suggest to their face that they're not "American". In fact, I would as well. According to some semantics being espoused here US Citizens aren't "Americans" unless they're born in America. I'm sure that's great news to the populace of central and south America. I guess your trying to say you're not "American" unless you're born in NORTH America - oh, wait, there's though pesky Canadians...

Guam is a great place for people who are into the outdoors. Lots of hiking, biking, diving, kiteboarding, etc. but it's definitely not for everyone, particularly the less adventurous.
