Having jumpseated rather extensively the past several months, I've only found two airlines where you can actually call a phone number and list as a jumpseater - FedEx (where it's required) and JetBlue. UPS too I think, but I haven't flown on them yet. I've heard AA sometimes requires it as well.

Other than that, is there anybody else where you can actually list as a jumpseater?
