If so, I can see how management is framing their argument. I don't agree with it because it does set a bad precedent for other pilot groups.
Separate fleets but maintained by same mechanics, and same aircraft models. The problem wit your theory is that the company has data thatshows west crewed flights out of east hubs meet statistical norms while east operated flights don't .
