After you call ALPA to report the incident, I'd also make a call to the FAA at 1 800 FLY SAFE, and let them know the company is pressuring you to fly while you are ill, lest you attract negative attention from your supervisors. I've seen this crap before and the FAA won't abide it.
WOW! Sounds like someone is a little sensitive. I hardly think a call from the Chief Pilot's office inquiring about a sick call could be considered "pressuring". If you're really sick, you have nothing to worry about.
