I agree - I also would not really call that "pressuring," but a lot can be inferred by the "tone" of the CPO - so it probably could go either way.

FWIW - The Company line (or at least one of them) was that guys and gals were out sick for extended periods and the company did not know, and felt that they (the company) missed an opportunity to offer assistance/help/make a heartfelt inquiry etc.

Not saying that there might not be some kernel of truth there, but I am still a little skeptical. Obviously you guys can make up your own minds if you believe it.
