No, I think that all airlines require it. I am not positive but I beleive it is something to do with flying internationally? All I know, is that it is confusing applying for and the best thing to do is just call the 800 number on the bottom of the screen. Like they said before, the lady is real nice and she can walk you through the whole process in about 10 minutes. It is $60. Just tell her you are an airline pilot and she will know exactly what to do.
