True, with the caveat...eventually. If you don't think ALPA will pull out the legal stops and keep this in litigation for decades, you don't know much about the ALPA legal department.

I guess you forgot to factor in what B6 pilots will get for their dues money. ALPA representation and benefits have served me and my family admirably. ALPA dues are a bargain for services provided, including the CASC, DG, AeroMedical and Legal to name a few.
It only took a decade, but there are a number of B6 guys here who were rabidly anti-Union at the outset but are now solidly in the ALPA camp.
