Be intimidating and unpleasant back to them. If they are going to be a pain in the ass, be a pain in the ass.
Any scheduler that is a PITA to me gets their life made to be just a little bit further into hell.

(edit- don't make it too blatant so as to get in trouble... just make life that much harder for them.)
