Exactly. I don't care how the sausage is made. But at the end of the year, my W-2 (as an MD-88/90 Captain... which is likely what I'll be by the time we have an agreement) better equal or exceed the W-2 of a SWA Captain ($230K). Any agreement that would result in less than that, will be a resounding NO vote from me.
