There goes that whole interpretation thing again.
As long as the company can reap massive economy-of-scale savings from their huge operation, they can lower the bar all they want as far as pay-for-lift goes. That's win-win for the company, the pilots, the major partner, and the flying public...everybody but the small inefficient regionals.
Different matter entirely if they try to lower the bar by cutting pilot pay, but SKW pilots still get paid a lot more than mesa pilots.
