What were the efficiency gainers?
1. Slick new reserve system that sells junior pilots into slavery to increase utilization
2. Transition conflict resolution that allows the company to spread out the effect of transition over double the time period.
3. New RED/GREEN system that will nearly insure that you never see a float vacation day again. (In fact I'll bet you never see a green transition day again! - HELLO FLOAT BLACKOUT DATES!)
4. And lets not forget my favorite, 90 hour max line block, or "FORCED OVERTIME"
Yeah, that will get the furloughs back. This TA might have looked good at your last regional, but not here.
