VF32, the experience is only good to get the interview. Once you are face to face it really does not matters what experience an individual has as much as what they can do with it and personality. Don't get me wrong I don't know your friends or any of the other well qualified individuals that have not passed the interview. I know some great people that did not get hired either and it makes you wonder. One thing is for sure we don't know how each individual interviews? that is the only difference.
