What I see is everything happened in 2008 & 2009...... Did you get any more citations since 2009...??
You were 21, have U really learned from your mistakes, are you really ready for an aviation carrer & willing to make the changes & scarifces for it...... If YES, then still there may be a chance....
Best advise, go see a counsellor right now, get a few months of regular counselling & then follow up every with a session every 3 or 6 months & then once a year.. Follow your consellor's advise & stay out of trouble... make 1000% sure that you don't break any rules.... The next 3-5 years are crucial...
Get your commercial, multi & CFI & MEI.. Work as a instructor for a couple of years & keep in touch with your counsellor during this period...
If you get a positive refernce from your counsellor over the years, you will have a case that you did what you did as a im-mature young person, you learned from your mistakes, took corrective actions in your life & now you are a responsible & law abiding citizen.
Your counsellor is the KEY, his refernce is going gong to be the single most imoprtant refrence for you, if you hope to a break at a regional or 135 places....
