Federal Law enforcement doesn't typically have access to state driving records, they are by definition civil infractions, not criminal. When the 3 letter agencies are clearing you, trust me, they aren't looking at your driving record... and even if they were, they certainly would not be sharing the data with a private corporation. It's a pass/fail type thing. The company gets the ok to hire you, or not... no reasons.
