When evaluated from an 18 year old perspective who is starting today in the civilian market a career in the post office is a safer bet than aviation and offers a better return on their investment. Just to start an aviation career most have to drop nearly a quarter of a million dollars just to get trained and educated as a pilot.

All the post man has to do is to pass a test and hold a GED. It isn't really all that hard to understand. However to those who currently hold good jobs as pilots then by all means hold on to it.

Don't worry Sky - I plan to as long as possible.
I don't miss anything in your points. Not sure who "you guys" are.
Your train of thought is very easy to understand.
"Hate everything that has to do with aviation and the professional pilot."
You can't even say that the job that you so often tout is in deep trouble.
Just another reason why you have such little credibility.
You're the guy who is never wrong
