You can play ping-pong, but must buy/bring your own paddles and balls. $10 per hour. Sam is real good if you need a partner.

The gym is good if you like treadmills (2), a cycle machine, and a 50's era Universal. No free weights at all. There is a yoga mat and a water cooler. When you find yourself doing jumping jacks and bear crawls on your 5th day, you will appreciate this paragraph. Enjoy.

Gate guards won't let you leave the premises on foot. They will turn you back. And they have semi-automatic translators if you cannot understand what they are saying.

The spa is nice. You can get a massage, which kills an hour or so. Only 23 to go. You can sit in an easy chair and read, or watch Chinese TV. The Chinese smoke in the spa though, so not sure how much health benefit you will derive from this.

Lastly, I'm not sure the sun actually exists here. Even on a nice day, the smog blots it out. Someone should update us if someday the sun appears again.

The good side is you will catch up on your sleep if they don't give you a 2AM wakeup saying you need to fly to Shanghai--now. That's the upside.

And nakazawa--don't be busting on Kunsan. It was much more fun.
