For training flights I've filed one flight plan from my home airport to my home airport with "multiple approaches" in the remarks section, but I don't think that's official unless you have an agreement with the local controllers.
Done that many times without any problems. Just file to a fix and back. I use the 149 degree radial for 10 miles off the local VOR which just happens to coincide with the holding pattern I'm about to request.
i.e. KCAE->CAE149010->KCAE
