Welcome to Emirates Group Careers Centre - Work for Emirates for the current starting pay rates. Yearly raise is usually one step up the scale ( 3% ) plus a rise to the whole ladder for inflation, so it changes every year.
PPrune has some good info, but you have to weed through all the crap on there to figure it out. Where there is smoke there is generally fire. Some unfair things have happened to some good people. No doubt about it, but that happens at every company.

The above is excerpt from emirates site.
Sir, If I read it correctly, there is basic pay of 25,320 DHS which is almost $6,893 USD & there is flying pay per hour on the top of the Basic pay & in addition to that there is housing allowance & childern education allowance.
Am I reading this correctly......
For Fly Dubai, it is very clearly mentioned on their website, 38700 AED which is $10,536 USD for First Officers; which includes Flying pay & housing allowance & there is childern education allowance on top of the pay.
