This is a freaking disgrace, what the east pilots have done is criminally stupid. These guys walked away from a contract in close out mode 4 years ago, elected usapa and reopened every single section of the contract. In the last 4 years they have made absolutely zero progress except keeping both eas and west pilot groups at the bottom. BTW they continue to squander industry leading west contract provisions so they can "buy" their doh from the company. Scumbags.
