Well if you cant see the difference between putting pressure on alpa to not cave and forming a union for the purpose of screwing 40% of the pilot group then I can't help you. BTW it is not our property, the east pilots made sure that usapa was designed so the west would never have any say in any union decisions, the specifically designed the union cb&l's so the west could never have enough votes at the executive level to do anything. The west is doing what it can under the circumstances, and the proof is in the pudding, 4 years after usapa promised a doh industry leading contract they have closed 9 sections with all those being concessionary to the west book. Usapa negotiators came to PHX check airman and told them their letter is above industry standard so usapa will be giving that up to the company to shift benefits east. Scumbags
