This happened to me. What you need to do is de- tension yourself. Take the weekend off, get away for a few hours, then come back. Good as new!!
Another good thing for me that helps relieve stress is going to the gym or running on the treadmill for 1/2hr with some good tunes. I just let myself get immersed in the next set or next qtr mile and forget about the rest. Its amazing how your mind is able to look at things from a different perspective, usually for the better, when u just take a break.
