They just passed the Texting law here in Indiana. Technicallities have already come forward. Supposedly you can still surf, send e-mail, but no texts.........seriously. I think it should all fall under a wreckless or impaired driving offense. Someone weaving, eratic, etc.........a nice $500 ticket should do it.
Can't believe how many people you "almost" hit because you see their head down looking at a freaking phone.
