Thanks for the informative response. I think I'm starting to figure it out. I've been hoping the job would force us to move away from LIT since inertia will likely keep us there otherwise. Guess if I get on with Atlas I'll have to try a different way to encourage a move.

Thanks again for clearing things up for me. I go back and forth during these posts about whether to move near my base or move near a gateway city of my choice if I make it in. For the time being I'm back to the gateway city opinion.
