If your trip hits your base during the middle of the pairing and you have had a heavy crew leg previous (4 crewmembers) then you have to receive crew rest in your base equal to the amount of time you have flown previous to that. If you've flown 50 hours before touching your base and one of those legs was heavy crewed then you have 50 hours rest.
121.485 says if you're part of a heavy crew you get twice your flight time rest when you return to base. Atlas operates under an exemption that says says you don't get double out rest unless you were scheduled for more than 12 hours flight time during a duty period while you were away from base.
