Had an interesting couple of minutes in Atlanta this weekend. Waiting to park, our rampers got into a fist fight. One dude was pounding on the guy holding the stoplight control. Others got involved and eventually stopped the a$$-whoopin'. Everyone on the left side of the plane saw our wonderful customer service at its finest. Five minutes of burning gas later, we finally parked. If I was boss for a day I'd fire soooo many people.
