I am interviewing on Wednesday, and I have read in my Pre-Interview packet that commuting is not recommended during probation. After completing training, how long does probation last? Also, what is the AE policy on buddy passes, and are they good on AA? I know the non-rev policy is great for family, but what about taking a friend on an occasional trip?
Probation is for 12 months. For buddy passes you have to wait two years before you can set someone. BE aware that they take taxes and additional charges from your check until you have 5 years in the company.
