While in training, VX will consider you at your 'home' domicile for any time spent in SFO, therefore hotels will not be provided. You will be in SFO for your initial indoc (one week), red carpet (welcome to the company event) (2 days), and MFTD training (2-3 weeks). Your sim training will take place in either DFW or MIA. For that time, hotels will be provided. For those of you lucky enough to get hired, I suggest you look into a crashpad for all events listed above as well as your 2-4 months of reserve since hotels will run you $50/day. Crashpads in the area range from $180/mo for hot bunking to $250/mo for designated bunking. I know of at least 4 or 5 crashpads.
