Flying for peanuts? 2nd yr FO colgan pilots make 1 dollar less an hour than pcl FO pilots. I'm sure the holding company will do everything it can to keep the pilot groups seperate. Pcl pilots stand to lose more potentially than the colganites. IF PCL makes changes to outstation basing, upgrade times, or pay, colgan will lose a lot of pilots. They paint the picture all rosey, but this has skywest/asa written all over it
