A ten year FBI back ground check and PRIA records check, along with reference checks is the minimum required. They have not instituted a credit check, (as far as I know) but they do have folks that look for things that might "reflect poorly" on them in places like Facebook and this web page. That sounds a little fishy. They most likely do watch this board, but it would be nearly impossible to match a particular APC member to a real person without police power of records subpoena. That only means to me that one would have to assume that a certain APC member is who they think it is. And to take action that might jeopardize a pilot's career on an assumption sounds like a legal bear trap. I'm sure the lawyers in HQ have thought this one thru.
Also, doesn't one have to "friend" another on Facebook to allow them into their page?
